Starting point: Church of Panagia in Meronas
Finish: Assomaton Monastery in the heart of the Asomathianos Kampos valley.
Degree of difficulty: Easy+ (for the level of experienced hikers).
Special features: To visit some points of interest (churches or natural monuments), a short walk is required.
Signage: Not always adequate.
Drinking water point on the route: In all intermediate villages.
