The standard WildNature ecotourism camp is located at a distance of 1 km approximately southeast of the Meronas settlement near the late Byzantine church of Agios Nikolaos (end of the 13th century). Guests staying here have the opportunity to get in touch with nature and explore the beauty of the entire mountainous nature of Amari through a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain climbing, canyoning, cycling, as well as sea kayaking on the southern coast of Rethymno. These activities are organized by the specialized Tourist Office WildNatureOutdoorActivities and are offered both online and inside the camp.
